although i did not get a tattoo here, i wanted to write a 5 star review because of one of the staff that helped me in a dire situation. i'm not sure what his name is, but a few days ago i had an earring stuck in my earlobe and i was calling around piercing shops/tattoo shops in my area to see if anyone could help me get it out and happened to stumble across arcadia and after losing all hope, this lovely man answered the phone and reassured me everything was going to be ok. he stayed on the phone with me for 30+ mins and even wrote me a step-by-step email on what to do and advice on how to get it out. i eventually had to go to urgent care to get it out, but he was so kind… read full review
I just inquired but it's definitely better than the last tattoo place I went to because it's not even there anymore. Jim is great down to earth.He made me laugh the entire time I was asking questions
I had a tattoo done there on thursday. I could not be more pleased or satisfied with the work he done. I was able to work with him and he helped redesign and design something that was different, and he added a touch of his own. And everybody loves it, I highly recommend going there. The best part is the conversation you have with him. Hey, makes you feel warm and comfortable?And he's funny as hell. Kevin
