Doug did a great job fixing the roof rails on my new car. He’s did a thorough job explaining the risks to me about the repair, its difficulty, and gave me the chance to understand everything before dropping my vehicle off. Seeing the completed work done to my car, it was like the damage didn’t exist in the first place.
After my 2021 Honda Ridgeline suffered some damage from a large tree limb, I was feeling pretty despondent. One visit to Doug at his shop and I knew everything was going to be OK. He's extremely professional, easy to work with, and an expert at what he does. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and he's as picky as I am, which is pretty rare. There was also some work that needed the intervention of a body shop and he helped coordinate that. I'll be bringing my other car to him. Highly recommend!
Doug fixed a nasty dent left on one of the doors on my Audi Q5. He helped me choose a nearby date where he could return the car on the same day. He did an excellent job at a fraction of the price charged by larger auto mechanics. He was honest and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
