We have been having an ongoing mouse problem and Kevin was extremely thorough and really took the time to gather all of the information that he needed to treat our house. I really don't like having people in our house, but he was so friendly and easy to talk to. I am very confident that our issue will be taken care of. I've used Hoffman's for decades whenever I had a pest problem. They're always available, there's always a very short turn around between calling and them coming out. They come when they say they're going to. They follow-up and their pricing is very reasonable. You can't ask for much more! We had BEES so I was afraid for my grandchildren who play in my yard and my neighbor who is allergic. I saw a few bees still flying around after service, called them and they came right out again.
