Dealt with them before and was always were very courteous. I think they must be new owners because it’s a whole different experience not very happy. never go back there again

Went last year to get a new setting for an engagement ring and my experience was great. Melissa was very helpful and patient with me as I was deciding what I was looking for and I was very satisfied with the end result. Highly recommend!

I brought a ring here for a repair. It is a lovely shop and they did a really nice job with the repair at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly. I am looking forward to buying something new for myself. A local shop with great customer service.
