“NOTE: I upped the rating to 4 stars since I emailed customer support about the edging that was run over and they offered me compensation for the cost of replacing. So that was simple and effective to help cover the cost of the damage.<br><br>Overall the treatments seem to be working well...the lawn looks good. But it's the little things (and sometimes big things) that make the real difference. Earlier this year there was no blowing off of the granules and they were all over my patio, sidewalk, and driveway. And I don't mean just a few granules, it was all over and a blower wasn't used. So I did it myself (and I'm glad these aren't the rusting/oxidizing iron kind cuz that would've been really bad). Then the other day I spied from my office window (yea i'm lucky i get to work from home) the spreader machine coming into my backyard. Well that ran over the metal edging I meticulously installed last year. Look, poop happens, but the respectable thing to do is inform the customer. That did not happen, and hence the review not being great, and I of course will have to buy more edging and replace that piece. Last but not least, if you join, you'll get tele-spammed with upsells. I don't mind the emails, but don't call my phone. That's just annoying.”
