They go above and beyond to accommodate patients, even working with families to resolve issues with previous dental offices.
Dr. Stern and his office staff are excellent. They take the time to answer any of my questions, and make sure my kids have a positive experience at the dentist. He talks to the kids, and ensures they understand, and are comfortable with any dental procedure that they are getting, from a simple cleaning to getting a tooth pulled. At the end of the visit my kids look forward to picking a fun prize too. Always a great experience.
