I received three quotes for my project, and although Quality Tile was not the lowest, I had confidence that Steve would be the best fit. The estimate was detailed and thorough, communication was amazing, all calls were returned promptly, and there was no pressure. It is worth mentioning that of the three bidders, only Quality Tile had a well-maintained, nicely labeled work van in excellent condition, which stood out in contrast to the other bidders, giving me a good sense of trust to hire Quality Tile. Steve did an excellent job .He tiled wall in bathroom that was damaged by a leak. The wall now looks terrific.We have worked over many years with Quality tile and my wife and I feel he is AAA.

This is the second time that I have used Quality’s services, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The work is outstanding, and they are a pleasure to deal with. Communication is amazing; all calls are returned promptly. When they tell you when they’re coming, you can rely on them being there. Would definitely use them again!
