“Chris was the best we could go to in order to fix my varsity jacket before the winter season. We already went to another dry cleaner to add patches on the sleeves, and the jacket came back with the patches crooked, the stitches running off the ends, string hanging out, and holes/rips in the leather. Once bringing it to Ace, Chris was very helpful and explained exactly what he would do to fix it. He didn’t act overwhelmed or frustrated at all with the 14 patches for the two sleeves and told me how he would paint over the holes to repair the damage. He went as far as to text updates and pictures of how the process was going which gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing. After promising the jacket would be ready by the next six days, he had it ready for us in three (with Thanksgiving being one of those days). Chris made sure to take care of my jacket like it was his own and it was 100% worth the cost. He was very professional with our family, and I really appreciate him as this was our first (but definitely not last) experience at Ace. Thank you Chris!! (Before and after pictures posted.)“

So, Thank you Michael's I brought my sons wrinkled up stained suit to them and when I say stained, it was a white button up with pit stains so bad I was embarrassed for him. They were able to clean and press his suit and shirt to new condition. I would not believe how good of a job they did If I didn't see it with my own eyes. Excellent service. “Incredible cleaners (especially since Bernard took over!) that I trust with ALL my clothes. This is the only place I’ll take any of my designer clothing to be cleaned. True story: they were able to remove a tough 12 yr old makeup stain from a Burberry jacket that about 10 other cleaners across 2 different states had failed to remove.
