My dtr and I met with Susan Batko, funeral director, last week to secure pre arrangements. She answered all our questions and made what could have been an unpleasant arrangement very doable.

My many phone calls were always answered promptly. The entire staff was very caring and understanding. Furthermore, I was able to make my own decisions regarding my husband's remains and I was able to view him before the service.
