I went in to get spray tan, which I did many times before at different places. I came out of the booth still white. When I questioned the reception she said it will take 24 hours to take effect. After 72 hours later I was still white, not even a little tan line. Very disappointed. Wasted my money and time.Service: Tanning

Worst experience. I went in yesterday (6/9) to get my first spray tanned. The girl set everything up, super sweet! The spray tan machine was broken so I let them know. They said if you don’t have color come in tomorrow which I did. The girl at the front desk when I told her what happened she said she would have to recharge me. Really bad customer service. I have to pay for a service that didn’t work and when I go back they said they have to charge me again to fix it?

I bought a package of 10 sessions on level 4 several months ago. I used only 5 so far. When I came for another session the girl behind the front desk told me that I didn’t have any sessions left. I asked for Nicole who sold me that package. The girl said that Nicole is no longer with them and the note on my file indicates that my payment is only partial???!Nobody told me that before. Now they want me to by another package. I work right next door and was their client for many years.Very dissatisfied!Service: UV tanning
