Ace French Dry Cleaners

We have a big family event on Sunday and just realized my daughter’s dress was not steamed correctly from the store. Before going to Ace French dry cleaners, I went to several other cleaners closer to my residence, but unfortunately, no one could Steam the dress the same day. Peter and his family took it upon themselves to stop everything they were doing and steam the dress for me on the spot without question, even though I was never a customer there before. While waiting for the dress, I had the opportunity to observe how they treat their customer , and it makes me so happy to know that there are still family operated businesses out there that care not only about the work they do but the people who bring them business. Upon entering the store, it seemed like they knew everybody and greeted everyone by their first name with a warm loving smile and polite chit chat! I usually don’t write Google reviews, but I felt overwhelmingly compelled that I had to let everyone possible know about my experience that a Desperate situation into one of extreme happiness and hope. Ace French dry cleaners is a family owned business with a lot of heart and compassion runner by people who love what they do and love the people that they serve.

I pray that God blesses Peter, his entire family and business for many more years to come.

Chris is truly the best there is! I have been bringing my clothes to him for over a decade, dating back to bringing in my high school varsity jacket. Whether it is for a cleaning or alterations, Chris and the team are timely, caring, and do an overall amazing job. Chris ALWAYS does the right thing by his customers. He is always open to taking on some crazy alteration requests I have, but also being honest enough sometimes to let me know when it isn’t worth it. He always ensures you are happy with the finished product and won’t stop until you’re satisfied. He is the only person I trust to bring my items to. I couldn’t recommend him more, and his reputation in the area I would say would speak to this as he is loved by many. Thank you Chris and team for all you do!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and arrogance. Chris came highly recommended and I cannot express how I wouldn’t wish his services on my worst enemy. Throughout my appointment he was rude, dismissive and condescending. When I offered to take my dress elsewhere because he was making it seem as if it was too much for him he told me that he could do it. 4 days later I pick up the dress and it was just as big as when I dropped it off. I made an appointment with a different tailor to save the dress as it was Christmas week and the wedding was New Year’s Eve. I did not trust that he knew how/ what to do or else it would have been done the first time. When my aunt went back to address our concerns and show him pictures, he said that “taking it in 3 1/2 sizes was almost impossible”. Even after I had offered to go elsewhere if he didn’t think he could do it. I have attached pictures of the dress after he had “altered” it, this is how he expected me to walk down the aisle looking like I was wearing a sleeping bag !!

The best in town

Amazing staff and service. I needed a suit altered a few sizes. Chris did an incredible job and made it look like a new suit and fits perfectly. I thought I was going to have to buy a new suit. Boy was I wrong. I never right reviews unless it is well deserved. In this case I can’t write or say enough.

Thank you so much to Chris for tailoring a bunch of my clothes this month! Unfortunately was put on this earth a quite short girl and many of my outfits always need to be shortened. Was so happy with the service I received here! Will be continuing to shorten my clothes here moving forward.
