As a wedding planner at an outdoor, tented wedding, rentals were my number 1 concern for the event. My bride and groom had rented a tent, fans, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, chandeliers, string lighting, high top tables, and a helium tank (lots of rentals, you can see). Before the event, I reach out to discuss logistics with Ocean tents. Not only were they willing to listen and discuss the layout but they also were able to offer suggestions and insight into the power situation as they work at the venue we were using quite often. The delivery team was also excellent to work with. As soon as they arrived, they noticed an extra noisy fan and worked to fix it immediately. When they couldn't fix it, they worked with the warehouse to send a replacement. They were proactive and made sure to hold up their end of the contract. I would HIGHLY recommend Ocean Tents in the future! Thanks for making my job a breeze!
I cannot say enough great things about Joe and his team at Ocean Tents! Our 9/15/18 wedding came after two solid weeks of rain on Long Beach Island and we were concerned about the yard turning into a mud pit. Joe and his family were super communicative with us in the week leading up to the wedding and had great suggestions in order to keep the tent comfortable for everyone. We rented most of our supplies (plates, silverware, keg coolers, lighting, etc.) from Ocean Tents, and I was impressed that no one tried to up-sell us on anything and were always helped us find the practical options that we preferred. The set up and break-down crews were super efficient, courteous, and accommodating; we would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone!
