Some of the doctors here my family have seen have been incredible. Others have missed key details. The nurses and most office staff are very helpful, however it’s very hard to reach them, they need to have a system that puts patients on hold not goes to a voicemail after 30 seconds and most times your message is not returned. I end up needing to call in several times for someone to answer to get anywhere. They also have problems with faxes at times as well. I also had a situation where a doctor never called back after 3 calls to on call for an urgent situation.
I have seen drs here for over 10 years. Always excellent service by staff. The phones are answered and requests are completed. The drs take excellent care of me and see me as needed
The doctors are great but admin is here is awful! My husband needs me to monitor his health care because he gets confused and they won’t let me in hear the drs orders.! I’m afraid something will be missed and he will die!
