What a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable team. Hawk Eyes has a terrific selection of beautiful frames. Although I only live here part time, I'll be buying my frames and getting my exams from Hawk Eye in the future. Their customer service is exemplary. They are not a franchise-they take a personal interest in each patient. They are what every person wants in an eye doctor. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Yesterday I witnessed the act of pure kindness. My mom came from Ukraine just few weeks ago. Unfortunately the frame of her glasses broke, she was very upset, since she only had one pair, and she was very comfortable in them. I started to look around for repairs. Some companies just told me that if she didn’t order from them they can’t repair. Another said that these glasses are from Europe and nothing they can do about it. I visited many places, nobody could help. Then I saw on Google - Hawk Eyes Optical. I called, but nobody answered. As soon as I hanged up, someone saw my number on their caller ID and called me right back. The young man name was Adam. I explained him that I am looking for frame replacement and he told me to come in, he will try to help. When I walked in there was a lot of people, they were very busy (I am not wondering why ❤️). Adam took glasses, that at that time fell apart in pieces. He carefully examined them. I told him it’s my mom’s favorite glasses, she came just recently from Ukraine, and they broke while traveling. He told me that he is very sorry to hear what happening in Ukraine (he was the only one person that day who said anything about this) Adam brought couple beautiful frames and asked me to chose the one that my mom would love. My mom’s new glasses looked terrific. He carefully cleaned them and put in a beautiful case. I pulled out my credit card and asked how much I owe. He said “it’s on us, your mom went through a lot, we will take care of this”. I didn’t expect it at all. For a moment I just couldn’t talk. I couldn’t hold it and just started to cry. All I can squeeze through tears is “thank you”. I will never forget it, never forget in my life. He could just say they are busy, he could say it’s not easy. But he just took it in his hands and he just did it: with love, with compassion, with care. After couple hours he called me to follow up and asked if my mom likes her new frame, if she is comfortable in her glasses. I don’t know if Adam is a owner or he is manager or just an employee, but he is a face of this business. The way this man represented himself and this business just outstanding. Adam is great! He sat me down and picked out a bunch of frames for me to try on...knew exactly what would look good on my face! His prices are very good too...100% recommend!
