When I first visited Dr. Federici's office, I was introduced to a new oral appliance designed to combat sleep apnea, often referred to as the silent killer. I knew I wasn’t getting much sleep, suffering from oxygen deprivation, and even sleepwalking at night. My condition also affected my partner, who endured sleepless nights watching me stop breathing and suffer from sleep paralysis.
