Tim and Excel softwashed and sealed our wood deck and dock. Some parts of the deck are from the 1970’s and needed a lot of TLC. They took their time to cover it thoroughly and it looks great!

We are very happy with the services provided by Excel Maintenance. They cleaned our windows before we came down to Florida for the season. This required them to interact with our neighbor to obtain access to our Condo. They provided me with their timeline for the job & sent updates / reminders for each phase of the job.We are now in Florida & have had an opportunity to see the quality of their job. We could not be happier. They did an outstanding job; the windows sparkle.We would definitely use them again.

Since 1989, Excel Maintenance has been striving to create the best customer experience for our Window Cleaning, Pressure Wash, Roof Cleaning, Soft Wash, Property Management and Painting Services. Our primary market is Southern Ocean County: Long Beach Island - Barnegat Light, Loveladies, Harvey Cedars, North Beach, Surf City, Ship Bottom, Brant Beach, Beach Haven, Holgate, and Manahawkin. In 2010, we expanded service to Include the second market of Punta Gorda in Charlotte County Florida. There we provide a limited menu of the services that we are noted for and excel: Window Cleaning, Pressure Wash, Roof Wash, and Soft Wash.
