The best. At least, it’s SO much better than the first place I patronized, years ago on another coast, and far more personalized an experience than my friends report from a certain big-box buying club. I love my new devices and look forward to the next regularly scheduled free-of-charge service appointment.
I have to admit I did not shop around for hearing aids, I relied on the advice of a good friend with hearing aids who happens to be a retired ENT. I am so glad I trusted his professional expertise as I can’t say enough about my positive experience with Coastal Audiology and Precision Hearing. I found everyone there so pleasant and professional, but especially Brian Herb the hearing aid specialist. While I have limited experience with any other audiology specialists, I will gladly travel 50-60 minutes to get the friendly and thoroughly careful service I have received at Coastal Audiology. Chip and his staff decipher the technical mysteries of hearing correction with state-of-the-art products and assessment equipment, all while maintaining an appropriate focus on your own goals and life quality.
