Just got our floors done by them and it turned out great. Clara was extremely helpful with helping us pick out our floor. Answered all the questions we had. Gave us samples to take home to help us decide and ordered samples for us that weren’t at the store at the time for us to see. Their team was always available and whenever I had a question they were very easy to reach.

The installation process went smoothly and we are very happy with the quality of work. They charged a fair price compared to others.

I highly recommend going to Nick and Clara for anyone looking to get their floors done, they are honest, patient, and wonderful to work with.

Rose City Hardwood Floors is one of the best stores and contractors I have ever worked with!! From the first time I went to their showroom, they were professional, courtesy and experts in their trade. In the past, I worked with flooring contractors who did not know their product nor the correct manner for installation. Rose City was FAR superior in both their selection of product and expertise in both the product and installation. From start to finish, Nick and Clara along with their installers Mike and Robert were terrific!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone seeking flooring.
