My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Madison Memorial Home. Doug and his Team went above and beyond and they really have a BIG heart. Doug was available for us 24/7 answered a million questions, thought about every single detail, helped transport the body from a different state and cut through red tape. He Made these sad days as smooth as they could go. We didn't have to think about a thing other than peace and family. To give a couple of specific examples: we gave Doug a photo we wanted to use. He enlarged and framed it. after the funeral we remembered that we left it at the funeral home. Doug had someone on his team drop it off at our house that same evening. Another example- he gave us a faith appropriate memorial candle, and even the thank you cards to send out. And.. send us a hand written card thanking us for trusting them in these difficult times. It's these little things that go SO FAR and touched us a great deal. Can't recommend Doug highly enough.
