My 7 year old has been enrolled here for over 2 years now and my 5 year old just started. We could not be more pleased about the personal growth/development of both my boys and I attribute that success in part to Master O'Connor. The martial arts instruction is excellent for kids my sons age. They find it engaging, fun, and there has been demonstrative progress in skill development with my elder son recently participating in sparring instruction.

I moved to Florida and I joined a tea khan do studio but it is not as good as Ascent Martial Arts. The teacher is amazing there I highly recommend this for people interested in Martial Arts.
Great place. Not only teaches you great martial arts but also teaches how to improve your mind and your character (e.g. lessons of respect and meditation). The Ascent community is friendly and Master O'Connor is a charismatic, skilled, and kindhearted master. I highly recommend Ascent Martial Arts for people of all ages.
