I was a regular customer till they TORE MY SHIRT and JUST WOULDNT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Pathetic customer service and they top it off by saying that it's NORMAL..from when did tearing shirts b come normal?? Never again will I go there - stay away from this cleaner folks!

Refused my service wouldn't give me a price to patch my hoodie and got mad bc I "wouldn't give them my budget"
