I got a 30 minute massage and 30 minute lymphatic drainage today. It was my first visit at Higher Level Healing. I was curious about the lymphatic drainage so i did it but the massage was mainly what I wanted. Im a bit sore afterwards which is normal (I haven't gotten a massage i a few years) but my range of motivation improved and there's so much less tension in my jaw, neck, and shoulders. Ive been to several different massage therapists in the past and never really stuck with one but Laura was honestly great and I will be back!
