Tony Valvano, of ANC Construction Corp is unprofessional and should not be trusted to properly "sanitize" and clean up after a flood or anything else. My apartment unit was flooded due to Ida, leaving sewage and filthy water on the floors and walls. I was concerned about my family safely retuning to the apartment and asked to speak to him prior to my return. Tony stated I wasn't the person paying him so I could either deal with it or move out. He also told me that the apartment was cleaned by his company twice and was cleaner than it was prior to the floor, since he also sanitized it with a spray that kills HIV (which dies when it hits the air anyway).
