Joe and team are wonderful. Joe was so helpful with bringing my vision to life. I re-did 2 bathrooms and a my fireplace and I couldn't be happier with his work. Everyone he works are just as good as Joe. They show up on time and are very neat and professional. This is the second time I used JMF Construction and I would absolutely use them again!

I have contracted JMF for a number of projects from small bedroom closet changes, total bathroom renovation to a complicated fireplace installation. As a member of the construction industry and commercial property management field I found JMF to have the knowledge and skill to handle any type and size project. When necessary JMF brought laborers to expedite the work plan. They stayed on schedule, provided the carpentry skill, tile and finish details only a true professional could. Living in Delaware now I have asked them to consider coming here.

A few years back Joseph came up to my home in the Poconos and price gouged me. At the time I was new to investing and didn’t know what anything costs. He wanted to charge me $16,000 to remodel a bathroom! My bathroom is a small remodel job that only should cost $4,000 max. All I asked for was a new vanity, mirror, tub, ceramic tile the floor and shower wall and paint. $16,000?! To do that?! To remodel both bathrooms he asked for $33,000. He wanted to charge me $20,000 for a kitchen and he wasn’t even installing granite. We were 22 at the time and didn’t know anything about accurate pricing.
