They had the best customer service! I had flooring that was very difficult to find because it was discontinued and they helped me find a match for my floors. They shipped it on time and followed up with me after, I would use them for all my flooring needs.
I was looking for a specific type of floor, which was very hard to find as the production stopped a few months ago. I was lucky to find it on The Flooring Advisor website. Ordering process was smooth and when I reached out to their customer service to add a couple of boxes to existing order, this was handled immediately without any questions. Laryssa was a pleasure to communicate with and I received the order as promised. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend. Did a lot of research online and the Flooring Advisor had the best prices and fastest response time. Laryssa was extremely helpful, delivery was quick, and everything was well packaged without any damage.
