I asked for a style from a video that they were not able to do (light base with blue cat eye that would have required custom mixing the cat eye polish right before application). She was honest about how that particular look couldn’t be achieved and helped me with picking an alternative that I ended up loving even more. I got gel chrome on natural nails that was actually a polish change because my nails done 2 days prior at another salon were sloppy… the removal of the old gel was very careful and gentle to minimize damage to my natural nails. The polish application was expert, very precise and clean and very close to my cuticles with none on my skin. She did top quality work but was also efficient and obviously a master of her craft. Even though there were a couple walk ins, the team did a great job accommodating people without rushing or cutting corners for customers who were already getting services. Will be back 100%.
