A friend was looking for an iPad (used or refurbished). We stopped in Monmouth Cell Phone Repair on Broadway on our was to CVS. My friend and I are greeted by Shad at the counter & was BEYOND polite, professional and courteous.. he has a knack for reading people & being able to make the typically uncomfortable setting when you’re in the market for electronics (especially used or reduced items) an atmosphere of actual fun & laughs.... very enjoyable!Long story short, my pal got EXCACTLY what he was looking for.
