Adam the tow driver was great. Efficient, nice and polite. Even updated me after dropping off my car. For the company - I guess that had a very busy day and they kept pushing the arrival time, which was not great.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS..
I FELT SUPER UNSAFE AS A PETITE YOUNG WOMAN. I HAD TO CALL POLICE TO HELP RETRIEVE MY WHITE AMG CAR BACK. MY PURSE & WALLET WAS IN MY “TOWED VEHICLE”. I HAD NO ACCESS TO MONETARY FUNDS & IM NOT FROM THIS AREA.
THE TOWING COMPANY DID NOT CARE & REFUSED TO AT LEAST LET ME GET MY PURSE OUT MY CAR. IM SO GLAD I CALLED THE POLICE- THEY TRIED TO UP THE PRICE ON ME TO GET MY CAR OUT….thank God for police being there
I CALLED THE NEW BRANCH LOCATION. THE WOMAN WAS RUDE ON THE PHONE.
WHEN I GO THERE THE TOW MAN TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO GIVE A DIFFICULT TIME.

This is the best experience I've ever had in towing! The experience this company has in the time and patience. The experience is impeccable! And I live in Maryland not New Jersey.
