I was first seen 5 years ago. I went back last month. The service is 100% excellent at the reception and then the clinical care is perfect and professional, unlike other places I have been seen, my lenses were incorrect and only generated more expenses. My glasses from a month ago are perfect. Thank you for the service and customer service.
I called yesterday and left a voice message and they called me back today (May/09/2024) and in my language (Spanish) the young man who answered me was very kind and answered all my questions. I have a mink exam appointment for my son next week and I'll let you know how it went. At the moment I feel very pleased.
