Process:1) I called on a Sunday and said I needed a new valve for my range. provided the Model and Serial number2) The move my appointment from 9 am to 530 pm, and a guy comes out looks at it for ~4 mins and confirmed I need a new valve. Gave him the service fee as I had agreed to do3) 4 days go by, I called twice for an update. Once on Tuesday asking for the status of the valve part, and they said they haven't been able to get ahold of the technician because he had too many jobs.
