Michelle was great! Having medical problems and losing my hair she understood and cut my hair and styled it so none of my bald spots were showing. I'm definitely going back to her!

Check in app is great. It said I had 50 minutes until check in. I ran a few errands and the timer jumped down to 20 minutes within 20 minutes so I headed to the salon and when I got there it was time to check in. I had to wait only 5 minutes and it was my turn. The hair stylist was nice and did a great job

If you are not tech savvy you are treated unfairly as people that are tech savvy send a message on thier device to Great Clips and then walk in, after you have been waiting for quite some time, and are then taken before you jumping ahead of you without as much as a 'by your leave'. It left me feeling very angry and I have decided I will not return to this salon.
