I have been coming here for the past 2 plus years. The first nail salon I have ever been loyal to because in my mind a nail salon is a nail salon so I usually just go anywhere Lately the services level is low. From nails popping off 3 days later gel pedicures peeling off as soon as I get home overcharging for centimeters of length difference now this! I have officially given up on this salon Cindy messed up my nails once when working at a salon in Paterson. Now she has put me at risk of infection at this salon She was being too rough when cutting my cuticles so I was flinching. She asked if she was hurting me, I said yes, she continue to be rough until she finally cut me. She didn't notice until I told her I was bleeding. She proceeds to wipe my open womb with the dirty towel sitting under my feet. I yelled don't do that that's disgusting. She cleaned it with a paper towel and some alcohol solution. It didn't burn She kept going with the pedicure but I was still bleeding. She wiped it again with a new towel and alcohol. It burned. I told her the pedicure was over She then cleaned my bloody foot in the pedicure tub. I went to the front desk asked how much. Paid and left. I did not cause a scene because the business didn't deserve that. But customers beware!
I love when Tim does my nails he does the exact design I asked for and they always come out beautiful. I really do not want anybody else with him doing my nails. He does a wonderful job and he also has an adorable little boy.
I like the quality of work Tim does, I've been going to him for a couple of years now for IBD builder gel. He is a very fast worker so it's a great spot if you need to be in and out. Appointments get a bit crazy with wait time, however, it's always busy which says good things about their service.
