With a pool, gym, and weight room, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, the West Essex YMCA is a great place to work out, learn, and have fun as a family.
Why is a great place to meet friends exercise take fun classes. The staff is fantastic. They remember the people‘s names who come to go swimming work out everything the training staff are highly educated and qualified to help clients remember, these are reasonably priced and there’s some financial aid for people who can’t afford the full price. There are lots of children’s programs such as summer programs before and escort school programs with which help keep kids safe.
I have been with this YMCA for about a decade. Last thanksgiving I decided to hire *David Studen* as my trainer and have lost 10lb fat, put on 4lb muscle and have cut down a full minute on my running mile. I love this YMCA and cannot wait for the new facility to be ready.
The Staff is great! They have great equipment and awesome classes. Their hours are very convenient too. Doesn't matter how old or young you feel, they have something for everyone!
