Lou is the BEST! Not only did Lou help us purchase our dream home, but he also made the entire process stress-free and fun. We loved working with Lou as our realtor because while he has a laid back personality, he is also diligent and extremely professional. He made each step of the process easy to understand and we appreciated his availability and flexibility along the way. Lou was extremely helpful in helping me find a place to rent! When I reached out for his help, he immediately called me to get some additional information. He took the time to really get to know me and understand what I was looking for. He was extremely patient with any questions or requests that I had. He took time out of his weekend (for many weeks in a row!) to patiently show me a number of different places until I found the right one that fit my needs. He assisted me through the process of signing the lease. Even though the lease has been signed, he has still been in contact with me to guide me through the process of moving in and putting the utilities in my name. He has gone above and beyond! I would highly recommend him in your search for a home!
