The massager therapists are good, but management is horrible. After membership cancelation, they continue charging my card for the next 6 months. To get a refund took a while.Once, I made a reservation online and called me on the day of service, telling me that the rate would be double bc I was not a new customer. When I wanted to cancel, they told me it would be a cancelation fee charge. I'm very disappointed.

I want to say that I read through all of the reviews before posting my original review which was not so favorable. I am updating my review based on the customer service I received after the fact. I had an issue with the cancellation policy yesterday and I was very upset about how it was handled and, in turn, I wrote a fairly negative review. Today I received a call from Julie at Hand and Stone. She was extremely understanding and professional. She refunded my cancellation fee and offered to assist me with any booking issues moving forward. All businesses have their ups and downs and the fact that my issue was addressed within 24 hours really means a lot to me.
