I had a very pleasant experience with Across International. Our lab has been working with Across for 5 years now. From all the purchases we had in the past years, we have received excellent customer service and after sales care. Recent order with Across, We received shipment damaged due to FedEx shipping carrier's mistake. But Across went beyond to get us a new unit while they worked with Fedex to resolve the issue. 5- star service and thank you.

The service offered by the AI team, specifically Maxwell and Vivian, was top notch. We had an equipment failure and needed replacement. By 4 PM the same day they had helped us source a piece of equipment within our budget along with an superb warranty program. They understood our needs and helped us every step of the way and we will continue to do business with them in the future.
