I have no issues on the service as well as politeness of this establishment.
Prices have been raised. However, I take issue on a few things. On the shirts, new shirts have come back , especially white ones not as bright as when I brought it in to be cleaned and laundered. While prices have gone up on shirts, the services have gone down. For example, this establishment does not clean a dirty neck and collar , but charges double. And shirts with irregular buttons are charged double.
While, I understand price increases, the services have gone should be the same and maybe a little bit more- not less.

Honestly surprised by the negative reviews. Newer to the area, have tried a few dry cleaning spots and this is the best one with reasonable prices and good turnaround times. Have also gotten alterations done. Great hardworking family as well.

I'm surprised with mostly negative reviews. I've been a customer pretty much since they opened, and never had any big issues with them. A couple of items were not cleaned to my standards, but some stains might be just not possible to remove. In general these cleaners are fast, have good customer service, very decent prices, and their tailor knows what she does. Maybe not overly sweet, but definitely very reliable.
