Manicures and pedicures are done to perfection every single time, with gel polish that lasts longer than anywhere else. The salon offers a wonderful selection of polishes, including the popular Dazzle Dry, and features a competitive new Rewards Program. While appointments are normal, walk-ins are easily accommodated even when busy. Beyond nails, the business provides an excellent head spa experience that relieves accumulated fatigue from computer and phone use, leaving clients with a clearer head and released tension in the shoulders and neck. This service feels like a mini retreat and is highly recommended, even described as a bit addictive. Customers consistently leave happy and with a smile, citing it as their favorite and only go-to nail place for many reasons. By the end of the session, my eyes felt clearer and my head noticeably lighter. I spend a lot of time working on the computer and using my phone, and I could truly feel the accumulated fatigue melt away.
They also helped release tension in my shoulders and neck, which made a huge difference in relieving work-related stress. It honestly felt like a mini retreat.
If time allowed, I would definitely go more often. It’s honestly a bit addictive in the best way. Highly recommended.
Nail Story Chap One is my go-to and only place for my manicures and pedicures. I wouldn’t consider going to any other nail salon for many reasons.
First, the salon is always clean and neat which is so important in a salon. The new owner Amy, and her staff, treat me as if I’ve been coming to their salon for years, and I am always greeted warmly. I think the prices are competitive and I really like their new Rewards Program! They have a wonderful selection of polishes as well as the popular Dazzle Dry. I normally make an appointment but as a sometimes walk-in, it is easy to get my nails done even when the salon is busy.

I have been a customer at Nail Story since about 25 years before Amy became the new owner. She is sweet, professional and accommodating. She even did a free gel polish change for me when I wasn't completely happy with the color she recommended. I have used several of the manicurists all giving great service and lovely work.
