Atlantic Pediatric Dentistry is an established pediatric dental practice that has been serving the community for over 25 years. The practice maintains an "open door" policy, encouraging parents to participate in their child's dental health. It is led by Dr. Matt Safari, a member of the Academy of Pediatric Dentistry with over 20 years of experience, and Dr. Sally Guerrasio, a board-certified pediatric dentist. The mission of the practice is to provide each child with excellent oral care in a comfortable and caring environment.
Patients consistently praise the warm and playful atmosphere of the practice, where the hygienist, Sarah, makes children feel at ease by showing off the tools and answering their questions. The staff, including the dental assistant Sharon, are described as friendly and great to talk to. The office is noted for its beauty, cleanliness, and the thorough, warm treatment provided by the dentists. Recent reviews highlight the newest technology and the state-of-the-art office, with families expressing gratitude for quick and painless procedures, such as cavity fillings.
Parents also share stories of exceptional care, including Dr. Safari’s quick response in an emergency situation, where he successfully saved a child's front teeth. The practice engages children with fun activities, such as brushing the teeth of Bluey, a dinosaur, which helps make visits enjoyable for even the shyest kids. Children leave with toys and balloon animals, and there is a thoughtful area where parents can place their phones so kids can watch something comforting during their appointment. This dedication to creating a positive experience has led to many families highly recommending the practice.
Absolutely the best! The doctors and their team always go above and beyond. Our boys always look forward to go to their dental appointments. They have the newest technology and state of the art office. I couldn't believe how quick and painless my son's cavity filling was today. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience.
Dr Safari saved my daughters two front teeth from a 911 Emergency! Her front tooth was knocked out at summer camp, I put it in milk and brought it over to him- with in 45 minutes my nightmare was over.
He was on his lunch break - him and his wife came in immediately and performed miracle on my daughter’s tooth -put it back in her mouth and later repaired the tooth ( it was in half) to look better than they did before it fell out!
I have the upmost respect for Dr.Safari and his wife! I trust them 100% .
I had THE BEST experience with my little one today! She is two and very shy. She wouldn’t open her mouth easily and it was so easy here! They have the kids brush the teeth of Bluey (a dinosaur), play around with the toothbrush they use (the one for Bluey) and are super interactive with the kids! She had such an interactive experience that was so positive I couldn’t believe how easy she opened her mouth to let them see. She would never do that before. She got toys along the way and at the end, she even got a balloon animal! Oh and there is even a spot for the parents to put their phones so the kids can watch something to make them more comfortable! These people are very talented and think of everything. Highly recommend! ❤️
