Peter is very professional and the most thorough inspector I’ve ever used. We felt like we knew all the issues ( good and bad) with the house we were seeking to buy after using him. He was the best! I highly recommend!

Peter helped with the general inspection on the house we want to purchase (a century old house). Very punctual, meticulous, and responsive to our questions. The final report is very detailed (over 70 pages) and includes useful maintenance tips and what to further check with the seller. We feel so much more prepared going into the transaction now. Will recommend for home buyers who want to know more about property and maintenance.I find it particularly helpful that Peter put in resources for further reading/research to know about the materials/designs used.
