“Had an appointment today with Michelle and let me start off by saying not only is she friendly and welcoming but also super talented in what she does. I came in for a simple retwist but ended up leaving with locs I can actually be happy to look at now. The person that started me off was not very caring on what I wanted but Michelle did her absolutely best (exceeding my expectations as well) to help restore my locs.
