Omg my Black 2023 Escalade ESV is in general a beautiful vehicle. However, after a small finder binder with the wall lol, I thought I was going to have to go to the Bodyshop for a paint repair. Thank God someone put me in touch with Mr. Simpson. He not only corrected my bumper (I didn’t need body work/paint)but he came out 1st & accessed my current paint job before doing any work. He told me in detail about the status of my truck’s current paint condition, in addition to bumper issue. He then took his time with my truck and had my truck looking BETTER than when I picked it up from the dealer (per owned). I am more than pleased with the way my truck looks now.
