Alyssa was wonderful! Warm, caring, very knowledgeable and helpful. Her office space was clean and inviting. She was very respectful about making sure that I was comfortable and on board with our goals and work together- I would highly recommend her!

Alyssa is fantastic. I recently worked with her postpartum and she really took the time to understand my specific concerns and craft a customized realistic plan to follow. At the end of our sessions together I was stronger and my diastisis was nearly healed. I’m now able to be back to my regular exercises. She even does house calls, which with a newborn was invaluable. She’s also followed up with me since and is always available for questions. Would highly recommend her!

Alyssa was recommended to me to help with c section recovery. She created a tailored plan for me and after working together for a short time I am feeling much stronger and back to my regular exercise routine. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. Would highly recommend working with her!
