I have had the pleasure of working with Alyssa for several years throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. She helped me with back pain during pregnancy and I did not hesitate to call her when I developed a pretty significant diastasis because I knew I could trust her to help me! She has seen me through so many phases, and continues to be my go-to because she is so knowledgeable, thorough, and supportive. I would recommend Alyssa to anyone in need of pre/postnatal or pelvic floor PT!
