Long story. In summary, Dx: herniated disc on lumbar and SI joint pain, neck pain and mid thoracic in so much pain I could not sleep unless I take Naproxen and muscle relaxant Rx by my current hospitalization on same complaint. I thought I was having a heart attack. I have been a patient for about 2 months. Came in crying, almost depressed and afraid it was the end of my vacations and adventures and active lifestyle.
