Very accommodating and helpful staff! I worked with both doctors and they were able to get my back fixed in short term while helping me correct the source of the issue (poor posture while working from home during quarantine) in long term.

I love everyone at Mainland Wellness. Dr.Arnold is just great. I have had back problems and headaches and since I've been going to Mainland I've felt so much better. Would recommend them (and have recommended them) to everyone who has issues. They really care about your health and I feel great after I leave there.

First a confession ... I used to call chiropractors "quacks" until I tore my rotator cuff playing beach volleyball. I knew Dr Pat from church & decided to call him because I did not want surgery. Pat I asked, "Do you treat torn rotator cuffs?" "Depends Dave, why?" "I tore mine and am in pain. Can you see me?" "I thought you said we were quacks." "I did but can you see me." It took months of treatment but the result was full range of motion in my shoulder and arm (When the injury occurred I could barely move my arm.).
