Called Chris yesterday (Saturday) for a repair/tune up on our treadmill. He said he could come out whenever we would be home and scheduled the service for today (Sunday). I told him I would pay extra for coming out on a Sunday and he said that wouldn’t be necessary. He obviously had tons of experience and knew the machine inside and out. Determined it just needed a tune up and it is now working like it’s brand new. Excellent service and only $100. Highly recommend!

Chris repaired my treadmill and even suggested which treadmill belt to purchase in order to save money! After repairing the treadmill he even ran on it to ensure everything worked properly. I can’t thank Chris enough! He is a professional, honest, and offers fair pricing. I highly recommend RTE

Chris at RTE merits the highest rating. He brought my Nordictrack elliptical back from the dead. He performs repairs as promised. The only possible downside of using RTE is that his services are in high demand and getting an appointment may take some time. I couldn't be happier with my RTE experience.
