Incredible service from every team member. While Bob owns the company, you would think every person on his team from the people answering the phones to the techs that come out to the field are owners too. Couldnt ask for a better company to take care of your elevators.

RMR Elevator is a wonderful company, knowledgeable, helpful and safe. We hired RMR Elevator to install an Inclinator Elevator in our home, since we have orthopedic issues, and wanted this to not stand out. They did an incredible job, and we feel safe and this fits into our home well. Bob Shipley the owner is incredible, knowledgeable and always available to help, even years later. We have them come every year to check everything and they are extremely very friendly and understand all issues that occur.
