Phenomenal Kutz offers a mix of experiences. Some customers appreciate the quick and efficient service, with walk-ins able to get haircuts and shape-ups in about 30 minutes. One customer highlights Christian as the best barber, consistently delivering great haircuts for two years while working in NYC and receiving many compliments. The atmosphere is described as nice, with cool music and friendly barbers, earning a high rating of 10/10 from a satisfied client. However, there are concerns about customer service; for example, a potential customer was left waiting without being approached, leading to frustration and the decision not to return. Overall, while the quality of haircuts and atmosphere are praised, the business could improve in customer communication and respecting clients’ time.

I took my 16 month son there for his first official haircut. Frank took care of us and was extremely patient and nurturing with calmly cutting my sons hair. Loved his approach in trying to not scare my little one. He was also very professional even changed the music playing to more PG music. We shared Hair anecdotes growing up in the Hispanic community. I felt comfortable and at ease it was reminiscent to me of the spots in NY my brothers would go to growing up. Even my husband wants to start getting his hair cut by Frank. All in all a cool spot will definitely Be returning.
