Carlos is probably the most knowledgeable and business minded shop owner you'll ever meet. On several occasions I've had problems with my install and I texted Carlos on his personal cell. Not only did he guide me into fixing my issues within minutes, he turned me down when I tried to send him money for his time!
Do yourself a favor, and go to him for all your audio installs or at least buy the equipment from him and support his excellent business.
We did not personally get work done in his shop, however we were at an event in Florence, MS and he was there. Carlos had posted a YouTube video on this event at Audio Solutions, so we called and headed down! He stepped in to give his opinion and helped on our motorcycle wire rescue. Carlos and his team are known for being the end all be all for motorcycle audio. I live hours and hours away and have been working on my personal setup for some time. When it came to an issue I was having I called Carlos on a Sunday after hours expecting to leave a message . Not only did he answer he walked me though how to solve the issue I was having and it made all the difference . Bike is playing loud and clear and I would probably still be struggling if it wasn’t for him and his extensive knowledge .
