Found NVS Audio and Carlos through Youtube about a year ago. His videos were very informative and easy to understand even to a novice like me. I knew after watching one video I would be going to NVS Audio to upgrade the sound system on my Road Glide. Fast forward to last week and I'm happy to report that Carlos and his staff are every bit as professional and courteous as all of the commenters in the videos say they are. I have a stage 2 upgrade (4 speakers, dsp, amp) and it sounds fantastic. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

First and foremost I would like to say thank you for the patience with my many questions. I’ve personally dealt with Carlos and must say he is very knowledgeable in his craft. I had a few issues with my equipment which I installed myself with the easy install packages he supplied but quickly without hesitation he guided me through and explained where I went wrong, and also supplied replacement equipment at no cost to me. I found myself wanting another upgrade so decided to make a trip to the shop in person and meet the legend and hear the latest addition to my build before I purchased it.
